As a divorce coach, I help individuals experiencing divorce navigate the logistics and emotions inherent in the process. Using a holistic approach, we pay attention to both your emotional and physical well-being. We walk down the path together to help you find the calm, clarity, confidence, and courage to thrive in your next chapter.
I wish I had known that specialized coaches existed when I went through my own divorce. Now, I am committed to helping people faced with challenging life transitions grow through the experience.
I am also the founder of Village Divorce Support which offers support groups and psycho-education around the divorce experience.
With a desire to broaden the scope of my practice, I am currently pursuing a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William & Mary with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a graduate of Georgetown University, the Taft School, and the Institute of Culinary Education. I was the owner/operator of CookPicnic.com catering company in Richmond, VA. Beyond work and school, you might find me on a long walk with friends, or being a mom to my three wonderful daughters.
