As a coach, I help individuals experiencing divorce navigate the logistics and emotions inherent in the process. Using a holistic approach, we pay attention to both your emotional and physical well-being. We walk down the path together to help you find the calm, clarity, confidence, and courage to thrive in your next chapter.
I wish I had known that specialized coaches existed when I went through my own divorce. Now, I am committed to helping people faced with challenging life events grow through the experience.
I am also the founder of Village Divorce Support which offers support groups and psychoeducation around the divorce experience.
In addition to my training as a divorce coach, I am currently pursuing a M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling at William & Mary. I graduated from Georgetown University, the Taft School, and the Institute of Culinary Education. I was the owner/operator of CookPicnic.com catering company in Richmond, VA. I am a mother to three daughters and a very special Boston Terrier.
