As a coach, I help individuals experiencing divorce navigate the logistics and emotions inherent in the process. Using a holistic approach, we pay attention to both your emotional and physical well-being. We walk down the path together to help you find the calm, clarity, confidence, and courage to thrive in your next chapter.
I know how difficult divorce can be because I have been there myself. I was overwhelmed and wished I had someone to help me navigate my specific situation in a customized and compassionate way. I would have greatly benefitted from working with a coach, but at the time I didn’t know they existed.
Now I am committed to helping people faced with challenging life events grow through the experience. You can get to the other side, evolving into a stronger and more resilient person as you go.
In addition to my training as a divorce coach, I graduated from the Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut, and magna cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. I also attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, and was the owner/operator of CookPicnic.com catering company.
I am mom of three amazing daughters and one very special dog. I live in Richmond, Virginia.
